These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, platforms, communities, and services provided by TeacherTee Ltd (“TeacherTee,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our websites, enrolling in programs, or accessing our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

TeacherTee provides:

• English language training, mentoring, and coaching;
• The Accelerator Academy (live mentorship program);
• The Corporate Platform (corporate training, onboarding, team coaching, and curriculum services);
• Recruitment and referral services;
• Affiliate partnerships (e.g., TEFL providers, education platforms, and tools);
• Access to communities, job boards, and online resources.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and act in a professional or business capacity to use our services.

4. Payments & Fees

• Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Subscription services (e.g., Accelerator Academy) renew automatically unless cancelled under Section 6.
• All fees are shown exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Late payments accrue 5% interest per month, compounded monthly.
• We may suspend services for non-payment.

5. Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:
  • Duplicate payments made in error, or
  • Administrative error by TeacherTee.
• Refunds are never provided for lack of attendance, participation, or late cancellation.

6. Cancellations (Subscriptions)

• If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must notify us in writing at least seven (7) days before your next billing date.
• Requests made later than this will not stop the next payment. That payment will remain due and non-refundable.
• Cancellations apply only to future billing cycles.

7. EU/UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the EU/UK, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right.
By accessing any live onboarding session, mentorship call, replay, community, or resources within that period, you expressly waive your right to cancel.

8. Accelerator Academy Guarantee

TeacherTee provides a results-backed guarantee, not a refund guarantee.

• If you complete all requirements in the Learning Agreement to the highest standard and still do not achieve results, we will continue to provide mentorship at no additional cost until results are achieved.
• Guarantee eligibility requires:
  • Attending live sessions (or watching replays and submitting notes within 48h),
  • Weekly engagement in the community,
  • Completing and submitting all tasks and milestones by deadlines,
  • Completing all course modules by Day 90,
  • Adhering to professional conduct.
• If you fail to sign or comply with the Learning Agreement, you are not eligible for the guarantee.
• The guarantee is reviewed monthly based on your progress.

9. Corporate Training Terms

For corporate clients:

• Payment terms (e.g., Net-14/30) are specified on invoices.
• Sessions cancelled within 48h are forfeited.
• Materials are licensed for internal use only and cannot be redistributed.
• Recording sessions requires prior written consent and may only be used internally for licensed employees.

10. Affiliate & Recruitment Disclosures

• TeacherTee participates in legitimate affiliate partnerships and referral services.
• When you click an affiliate link or apply via our referrals/job board, we may earn a commission or referral fee.
• We only partner with services we believe provide value, but we are not responsible for third-party content, pricing, or performance.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, frameworks, training materials, and resources remain the property of TeacherTee Ltd.
• Licensed for personal or internal business use only.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
• Breaches may incur damages of £10,000 per violation, with each share/view treated separately.

12. Communities & Conduct

By joining our WhatsApp, Slack, or other communities, you agree to:

• Keep discussions professional and confidential;
• Avoid spam, promotions, or harassment;
• Respect peers and mentors.

We may remove participants for misconduct without refund.

13. Disclaimers & Liability

• We do not guarantee specific financial, career, or business outcomes. Results depend on your effort.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit liability to the fees paid for the relevant service period.
• Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of services. Fees already paid remain non-refundable.

15. Chargebacks & Disputes

By enrolling, you agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks. TeacherTee will dispute any chargeback using evidence of your access to services, waiver of cancellation rights, and agreement to these Terms.

16. Jurisdiction Limitations

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. If you access our services from outside this jurisdiction, you are responsible for complying with local laws. Nothing in these Terms overrides non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.

17. Marketing & Expectations

TeacherTee does not guarantee specific income, job placement, or business results. Testimonials, case studies, and examples are for illustration only. Success depends on your personal commitment and effort.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
