Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and passionate ESL teachers to join our innovative team. In this role, you will conduct two consecutive 30-minute classes each day, engaging with groups of 10 students. Your sessions will be filled with lively discussions and activities centred around culturally relevant English-Indian topics. Your goal is to create an inclusive, enjoyable, and educational environment, encouraging each student to express themselves in English and gain confidence in their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver two 30-minute ESL classes daily, focusing on young learners from India.
• Utilize provided materials to lead discussions and activities on culturally significant topics.
• Foster an inclusive and participatory class environment, ensuring all students are engaged.
• Provide constructive feedback, supporting students in their English language development.
• Maintain a reliable and consistent teaching schedule.
• Collaborate with the TeacherTee’s team to continuously improve the educational experience.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience, particularly with children.
• TESOL/TEFL certification or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An enthusiastic and engaging teaching approach.
• A deep passion for teaching, cultural exchange, and language education.
• A stable internet connection and proficiency in using online teaching platforms.
• Ability to adapt to different time zones and maintain a consistent teaching schedule.
