Ginseng English – Company Overview

Ginseng is seeking energetic, knowledgeable, organized ESL teachers to deliver English classes online.

Ginseng is a web-based language school that aims to change the field radically. We know it’s not any one methodology or curriculum that best predicts students’ success with language acquisition. Rather, having a passionate, knowledgeable teacher is the single strongest predictor of student success (Sanders 1998).

This is not one-on-one tutoring via Skype; it is an actual class taught to groups of students from around the world based on a solid curriculum. Not every ESL teacher is right for this position. We need teachers who are able to design and deliver fast-paced, engaging lessons while using a technology that may require a bit of a learning curve.

Job Description 

• Plan and teach lessons aligned with Ginseng’s curriculum and standards

• Record brief educational/promotional videos advertising your courses

• Help to promote classes on social media

• Record and share data for feedback emails to students

Job Requirements

• TEFL certificate and Degree
